NEW OFFICE
BRANDING

PLAYLIST / THE FIRST IMPRESSION, MADE PHYSICAL
01 / THE BRIEF

A PLACE
TO CALL PLAYLIST

The move from coworking into a dedicated Yongsan office created an opportunity to make Playlist’s identity part of everyday work.

The goal: translate the renewed brand and its story worlds into a workplace that felt like the studio behind the content. I developed and directed the spatial brand narrative with internal teams and specialist partners.

The identity carried through from arrival and shared spaces to content displays and working areas.

02 / THE BRAND IN SPACEPLAYLIST

FROM A SCREEN
TO A SHARED SPACE

The P-shaped frame, vivid colours and “Play Your Story” message gave the office a recognisable character. I guided the branding elements and supported the People and in-house design teams as they took on spatial branding.

THE P / THE IDENTITY AT FULL SCALE
THE LOUNGE / COLOUR & A PLACE TO GATHER
PLAY YOUR STORY / PART OF THE EVERYDAY
03 / THE CONTENT WORLDPLAYLIST

THE STORIES
COME WITH YOU

A media wall and showroom made Playlist’s productions visible throughout the workplace. On-screen stories, costumes and objects connected the company with the worlds its audiences knew.

THE MEDIA WALL / CONTENT AS PART OF ARRIVAL
THE SHOWROOM / A PHYSICAL RECORD OF THE STORIES
04 / THE WORKING STUDIOPLAYLIST

SPACE FOR
THE NEXT STORY

Production, focused editing and collaboration sat within the same workplace. The spatial branding connected these different areas through colour, graphics and signage.

PLAYLIST STUDIO / A CLEAR SENSE OF PLACE
THE DAYLIGHT STUDIO / ROOM TO CREATE
FOCUS / AN INDIVIDUAL EDITING ROOM
COLLABORATION / SHARED DEVELOPMENT
05 / THE IMPACTOUTCOMES & EVIDENCE

PLACE OF ITS OWN

A coherent physical identity

The renewed brand extended from the arrival and lounge into everyday working areas.
